Project General Director

Prof. eng. Valeriu Tabără PhD, full member of ASAS, Chairman of ASAS plant cultivation department, full member of AOSR, PhD coordinator, has coordinated, in his capacity as head manager, CNCSIS, MEC, MAPDR projects – Sectoral Programme, scientific director of Phare Cross-border projects, has directed more than 50 research projects and demonstrative fields.
He is holder of the following prizes: ”Gh. Ionescu Şişeşti” - Romanian Academy, ”Nicolae Săulescu“ - ASAS and ”PS Aurelian” - AOSR. He published more than 200 specialty articles and 3 specialty books – sole author.

Prof. Valeriu Tabără PhD is TIC Timisoara Project General Director, member of TIC Advisory Board, and stands as a surety as regards the implementation of the project and the general quality of the training.

Reader Florin Imbrea PhD
Project Manager MAKIS

Reader Florin Imbrea PhD, is a member of the academic staff of the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Technology, attended training courses in the field of agricultural consultancy at DAS - Denmark, that of agricultural machinery in Landsberg - Germany, participated in the Pandoer Programme, as well as in other projects like CEEX, PN II, CNCSIS, coordinated three research projects, one under development.

Within CPI, Mr. Imbrea Florin holds the position of Project Manager, in this capacity, supervising the every day project management, coordinating the project team, as well as the compliance with the implementation plan, maintaining permanent contact with the beneficiary institutions and the project partners.

Mr. Joachim F. Schroeder
International Project Coordinator/Advisor and Backstopper

Mr. Joachim F. Schroeder, agriculture specialist, is general director of the ADT Projekt GmbH expert team and main adviser of the TIC Timisoara Project General Director şi consultant principal pentru Directorul CPI Timişoara. Mr. Schroeder has already coordinated several national projects of technical assistance in Romania, among which: the setting up of ANCA, the training of ANCA advisers for the SAPARD programme, the training of farmers on agri-environment measures etc.

Within CPI Timişoara, Mr. Schroeder supports the management of quality training services and the development of the centre, so that it provides sustainable training services.

Ec. Victoria Pârva
Accountant / Financial Manager

Ec. Victoria Pîrva, is Economic Manager within USAMVB Timişoara and bank management expert.

Within CPI, Mrs. Victoria Pîrva supervises the correct registration and processing of financial data, makes payments, elaborates financial reports to UMP MAKIS, etc

Prof. dr. Adrian BĂNEŞ
IT Expert

Prof. Adrian BĂNEŞ PhD, is Head of the Department of Exact Sciences within USAMVB Timisoara, and IT expert, with more than 15 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities within the TIC Timisoara: providing equipment (projectors, computers, wireless internet facilities) of lecture halls and seminar rooms, centralizing the curricula, having them printed in order to be presented to the Advisory Board, creating course models, synchronizing and duplicating data.

Ec. Cheţ Cornelia, is Human Resources Manager within USAMVB Timişoara and expert in the management of financial and legal resources.

Within CPI Mrs. Cheţ Cornelia is project logistics coordinator, assuring that classrooms are duly equipped, and that accommodation and meals meet the standards set by project.
